Had a dental emergency (so I thought). What seemed like a big chunk of my tooth broke off, so I put it in milk and looked for emergency dental practices open on Saturdays. Luckily, we called the one at 455 Central Park Avenue that I guess used to be a Guerino. The receptionist at the front desk was kind and reassuring, and Dr. Salvi did not make me feel embarrassed when he showed me that the piece of tooth revealing a heinous cavity underneath wasn’t a tooth at all but a large resin reconstruction from a previous filling. He expertly filled the cavity and used resin that matched my tooth for a seamless repair. Efficient and excellent work for a reasonable price. Thank you, Dr. Salvi!

We are so incredibly grateful to Dr. Salvi for the care and compassion he showed our son, Vinny, during a very frightening dental emergency on Saturday. Vinny had an accident that knocked out his two front teeth, and we were extremely worried about what would happen. Dr. Salvi responded quickly, took the time to explain everything to us, and performed the emergency procedure to give Vinny’s teeth the best possible chance of being saved. He also placed a splint to stabilize the teeth during the healing process. During such a stressful and emotional situation, Dr. Salvi’s professionalism, knowledge, and calm manner gave us reassurance and hope. We truly appreciate the time and care he took with Vinny and our family. We also want to give a special thank you to Dr. Salvi’s assistant and front desk worker. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and compassionate throughout the entire experience. They went above and beyond by staying late after hours to make sure Vinny received the care he needed. Dr. Salvi is truly an amazing dentist and such a blessing! My sister was in so much pain, and Dr. Salvi was kind enough to take her in last minute. He immediately helped her and got her out of the pain she had been suffering from. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness, compassion, and care. It means so much when a doctor goes above and beyond to help someone when they are hurting. If you need a root canal, I would recommend Dr. Salvi to anyone without hesitation.
